Angel Schieber, a therapist by day, started the studio in early 2022 with the name Grit and Grace Hot Yoga, fulfilling a vision of creating a healing space for everyone in Forsyth, Dawson, and Lumpkin counties. Today, The Heart Studio has two locations in Cumming, GA: 400 & Settendown, and Cumming City Center. We offer both heated and unheated yoga classes, events, and workshops. Our on-site boutique features curated yoga gear to enhance your practice. Our mission is to provide a serene sanctuary for personal growth.
