Vin & Yin
Warming through light vinyasa flows with informed postures and transitions moving towards a more prop heavy, teacher assisted practice designed to be relaxing and supportive. Walk away feeling more grounded and restored. Class is detailed and slower paced.

In this class, strengthen and stabilize core and hip and practice proper posture alignment. The class begins with modifications and builds to demanding yoga sequences.

Yin
Yin yoga is a contemplative practice beginning with centering, breath work and moving into 8-10 poses each with a rest period in between. You will relax your muscles and use props to allow deep work in the soft tissues: ligaments, tendons and fascia. It is a direct contrast to the Yang style exercises like Vinyasa yoga, running and lifting and an amazing restorative compliment to your mental and physical wellness regime.
